With Snow blower season coming I wanted to warn people about this business. In December 2020, I brought my snow blower in before big storm, they were very nice and stated bring it right in and bring $88.00. I thought great be right in. Dropped off my 3 year old. Ariens 28 Show 306cc snow blower which I purchased at morgans. Got a call later in the day saying the snow blower was basically garbage. stated that the mice destroyed the motor and chewed on all the wires. Told me it was beyond repair and that I needed to get a new motor which total cost would be $900-950. stated it would be more cost effective to buy a new one from them. I thought about it and said my neighbor has one just like mine...maybe he could use mine for parts. Stated I would pick it up the next day. My father picked it up two days later and they told him that mice ate the wires and that it would be to expensive to fix. They told him that they would offer me $150 off a new snow blower. He turned them down and asked for the snow blower back. 20 minutes later they returned and stated they had to put it back together. My father said there was an elderly gentleman there that stated mice had eaten his wires too and was in the process of purrchasinga new one from Morgans. They laughed about how crazy it was that mice could eat those wires. I called a friend that has the same snow blower he said to drop it off, stating his has sometimes has moisture lock. and has to replace the spark plug. He took the snow blower and told me after dropping it off that Morgans forgot to put back on a few bolts and when he took off the cover there was a giant mouse nest, which they didn't even bother to remove My friend took about **************************************************************************************** also not one wire was chewed on..hmmm. Total cost $10.00 and it runs brand new. How does a professional company tell me the snow blower is garbage and a guy with no experience on snow blowers gets it running? I'll let you be the judge......
