      I financed a 2012 dodge caravan from liberty motors i went to get an inspection sticker it didnt pass after dropping of car to dealer they said it was fixed it wasn't check engine light was still on the inspection place which was their mechanic shop said it was the catalytic converter they wont answer my call or mechnics now the car wont even start and overheats i just want it repaired right or my money back and finance to stop they also told finance company they fixed it yet it still doesn't pass inspection

      March 18, 2022 - Purchased 2007 ****** Murano from Liberty Motors for $3995 March 31, 2022 - After mechanic inspection, reported to Liberty Motors, as per terms of an implied warranty, extensive rust on both sides of rear end suspension sub frame. About inch separation from main unit on both ends. Submitted with underframe pictures and mechanic notation and signature.April 1, 2022 - Received text reply from ***** at Liberty Motors. He was unaware of the rust damage to the frame. He was unable to contact his frame welder on the day, but would reach him on April 4, 2022 to set up a time for me to bring the car in for repair.April 19, 2022 Dropped off the Murano at the dealership for repair (welding of damaged part). April 29, 2022 Picked up the car from Liberty Motors after 10 days. Dealership's welder did no work on car and dealer said he was ordering the part. I told dealer I would return the car when the part comes in. July 5, 2022 - ****** again picked up by ***** for repair. After many excuses for not getting a replacement part, He was going back to repairing the part and identified a welder in Abington who had repaired Muranos like mine. July 28, 2022 After many excuses and no work done on the car. I asked for the welders address so that i could have the car towed to my mechanic for repair.August 8, 2022 texted ***** to update him that my mechanic had given me the replace or repair option and that I had taken the least expensive, to repair. They completed the job in 3 days. I forwarded the repair bill to *****. There was no response.August 17, 2022 Texted ***** about his lack of a response and that if I still did not hear from him I would proceed to the next steps applicable to me by the implied warranty governing the car purchase.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I had hoped they would respond to the BBB regarding a response to my complaint. I can only conclude they do not care and have no intention of resolving the matter.

      Sold me a lemon refused to repair and stated to **** them to court if doesnt pass inspection, it did not pass inspection with 7 days

      The car was given to me and as soon as a few days passed the brakes went the cars check engine light came on the car would not go over 20mph and i was on the highway with my children when suddenly the car shut off on me , the battery light came on and i was told by the underwriter that gave them the loan for the car that i could cancel the contract and the dealership disagreed i told them that i do not trust any of their cars nor did i want to do business with them anymore she then proceeded to hang up on me and stop answering my calls then she blocked me THE *** ALMOST CAUSED ME TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT ON THE HIGHWAY WITH MY 1YEAR OLD AND 4 YEAR OLD SONS THE *** WAS BASICALLY A DEATH TRAP
