      We paid this company to come out back in the beginning of November to come out and service our dryer. We were charged a $100 flat rate fee to diagnose the dryer. The technician showed up unplugged our dryer wiggled it around for a couple minutes and just assumed the parts he had to order. Didnt open the dryer up to actually see what the issue really was. He then ordered the 1 part and told us it would be about a week for the part to come in. We wrote him out a check in full which he then went out and cashed right away then didnt hear from him for almost 2 weeks. We called he told us the part still wasnt in, after another week of dodging phone calls they then told us they would finally be coming out to service the next day. Technician shows up with the part, then he decides to open the dryer and realizes he needs more parts. He ordered more and said hed be back when they came in, week goes by nothing again not picking up the phone dodging our calls. Finally we get through and they tell us the part has came in well come out tomorrow. Technician finally shows up over 1 1/2hr late and didnt even begin fixing anything before he started asking me for another check for the extra parts. I was charged $100 for a flat diagnose fee and the technician couldnt even do that. He chose to not do his job to the fullest and the worst part is that they continually let this man to continue to go around and do a horrible job. We called the business trying to get a refund and all they could refund us was the $100. Its been a couple weeks we still havent gotten our refund and at this point Im not even sure if were going to get it. In the least even if we dont get anything back I would hope something is done and action is taken against this particular company. Everyone who works their are all aware of the horrible service the technician provides and they continually do nothing about it. Its not fair to all the people being taken advantage of paying for a Professional service

      I used him before and was very pleased. But this last time he came out and put a new belt on our dryer, charged us $160. ( went and cashed our check as soon as he left our house). Then the very first load after he left, the dryer belt broke. We emailed several times no response. Texted him and after a few days he said the new belt he ordered was on back order! He didnt even communicate that he got us a new belt? We ordered one on Amazon and it we got it the next day?!!! He said to let him know when it came in Then we called him a few days later to find when he would be coming back out. Several days went by. I tried to call again and he said he had a family emergency. I said I was sorry , please contact us back when things are better. Weeks went by absolutely nothing!!! I understand family issues happen, and Im sorry but at least give us our money back! He took it and ran!! Just extremely wrong in so many levels!!!!! Never Hes a *****!!! We had to have another person come out. The belt ******* put on was a dried out old part!!!! Wrong just wrong!!!!
