*** purchased a gift card as a gift to my mother and my mother purchased a gift card for her friend. The business has been contacted several times over the last year, and she has refused to reply about booking an appointment to redeem the gift cards. I texted the business this week and still no response. Noticed last April that the website was no longer listing facials. I texted the business no response. I made an appointment last June to have my brows waxed so I could see the owner Bridget in person. She told me she was taking a break from facials for the summer because the product was so expensive to ship, and would be glad to get me in and honor my gift cards as long as I texted her. At no time did she indicate that she would no longer be honoring gift cards or would be going out of business. If she was planning to go out of business, she shouldve allowed me to apply the gift cards to my services last summer. I feel like she cheated me out of $150 and would appreciate a refund.
