I live in Haverhill and I have been to Mr ****************** due to the convenience many times over the years but I will never go back after this last terrible experience. Last Saturday, at 7 pm my group went to play keno and have a beer or two when the bartender became belligerent with us as soon as we sat down. He refused service to one woman because she had a ** ** and was incredibly rude to our entire party. He said that he doesn't take out of state **s and can do whatever he wants. We are all in our 40s and couldn't have been more polite so this made no sense at all. Still, we were very polite and asked if there was any problem with the ** and he became even ******* and repeatedly stated that he can do whatever he wants. He had already poured me a beer and had handed it to me but shortly after angrily instructed me to give it back to him and refused to serve any of us. We had just sat down and we're completely sober and totally confused as to what the problem was. Completely perplexing. He seemed to be under the influence of something and was so angry at the world that our whole party was glad to leave just to get away from this creep. He is not safe to be working around the public and Mr. ****************** should be ashamed for employing such a character. I did politely ask for his name which he refused to tell me and when I asked to speak with his manager he told me that he was the manager and that there was nothing that I could do. He must have told us that he could do whatever he wants at least 5 times. I have never seen anything like it. His entire demeanor was disturbing. He gave no explanation for any of this and was clearly looking for confrontation. I realize that it can be hard to find good people but there is no way that this was an isolated incident. The staff has gotten to be so bad at Mr. ****************** that place has become outright dangerous to visit. Literally anywhere else is a better choice for food and drinks. Mr ****************** has lost my business for life.
