      this was hands down the WORST experience i have ever had with buying a car. shortly after taking the car home, the engine light turned on, which i had communicated to the owner and i even took time out of my day to get the engine code for him. it took 30+ days to get the owner to just take the car back and look at it. he took the car for a day, fixed the emergency brake that wasnt functioning either and stated that he cannot fix the engine problem as the light was not on at the moment; despite the fact that i had already sent him the code for the engine light. a few days after getting the car back, the engine light turned on again and i communicated that to the dealership and he was unresponsive. few days go by, and my car had stopped functioning while i was driving on the highway. the dealership refused to fix anything that didnt have to do with the engine light as it is not covered by warranty although the issues were preexisting. i have 60 days warranty, which is over in 6 days. he was made aware of the engine light on MAY 16th and it is now JULY 2nd and he has not made any efforts to fix my car. my car has not even been able to pass inspection due to the issues that he has been giving me the runaround on for about 2 months. this place is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and uncommunicative. the point of buying a car from a dealership is to have a good, reliable car; except i got the opposite.

      The whole issue with this complaint is that the customer would only text after getting off work and she gets off at 5:30 we close our office at 6 and she hasn't had a time to leave us her vehcile to get serviced. Last week we took it in when she had her ride and we did a emergency break fix for her to pass inspection. She's now has the car for almost 2 months and hasn't inspected it because of her time issue. But after speaking with her mother who did call my phone and we got the problem situated and we have picked up her car for service to be fixed
