      In October, I purchased a car, but just four months later, it stopped working entirely. Despite numerous attempts to contact the dealership, no one responded. Frustrated, I saved up $6000 to fix it myself, only to discover the issue persisted. The dealership claimed to fix it for $2000, but it only worsened. Now, I'm left with a non-functional car and a $15,000 loan, with repairs costing thousands more. As a family of five with a baby under one and only one income, this situation feels incredibly unjust. Top Line Auto seems to prey on those with bad credit, and judging by ****** reviews, I'm not alone in this experience.

      I purchased a car from topline imports 9/23/23 a *** X5 Xdrive35i I traded in my 2016 ******** **** c300 and put down 3k for a down payment I have had nothing but issues since dealing with top line first my car wouldnt pass inspection because of a cracked headlight& break pads and I had to go down there 3 times and still didnt get it fixed then had to be sent to another shop I waited for 6 hrs had to come back days later I was told my trade in would be paid off within 20 days and still hasnt been paid off at all now Im unable to drive my car because it is over heating & needs a new coolant pump themostat and a coolant flush it has been over heating and I have called Topline everyday with no resolve please help me to get my car repaired or at least reimbursed for the inconvenience

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.and also have been reaching out to them because the car broke down and the things i needed to be fixed werrent covered in my extended warranty i had to pay 2531$ out of pocket because of this everytime i call to ask for resolution they tell me they will call me back and never do this has been going on for over 3 weeks

      On 8/12/23 I purchased a used car **** 328i convertible) from TopLine Imports in *******, **. They agreed that I would get the car within a week after having fixed the grill, cup-holder, front bumper piece that was missing, and change the battery. Two weeks later, after many stories and unanswered calls and texts, I received the car without the promised repairs or the registraion/plates. When I picked up the car they gave me their dealer plate to use until my plates could be "retrieved from a flooded area." They told me, if I got pulled over to lie to the police and tell them I was test-driving the car. They also told me that the repairs that were promised would take place when I came back to pick up the registration/plates. It wasn't until 9/2/23 that they finally gave me the registration (with a date of 8/30/23 - meaning they only got it three days prior - and did not tell me) and the repairs were not completed. I've lost trust in the dealership and am not comfortable bringing it back there for the repairs, so I have sought to repair the car elsewhere and would like reimbursement from the dealership for the repairs.

      I paid for a car on August 15, 2023 and have been waiting since then for the car to be delivered. Since its been too long, I would like a full refund as I am entitled by the 14 day clause in Section 7N of Voiding Contracts. They told me they could refund me but they couldnt today as they had already cashed my check.

      I purchased a car on March 6th. I didnt receive the car until April 4th. Since I had the car, I had a check engine light on. Four cylinders misfiring and a coolant sensor going off. Now my car is leaking oil and I have a flashing check engine light. I want them to get it fixed but they refuse and said I will have to pay for it since it passed inspection. Mass lemon laws states 30 days or **** miles if the car is not safe. This isnt safe to drive! ITS A FLASHING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.

      I went into this dealership to look at a vehicle found one but didnt get approved they said they have another vehicle I would be approved for they shown me pictures and I just needed a car ASAP so I decided I want it put 1000$ down on the car and like 2 weeks later received it I picked it up in larwance and immediately had a problem with it the gas light was on at pickup and car would jump when acceleration I tried to explain to the plave I picked it up at that I needed gas and not a single person there spoke English I refuse to go back to this dealership to have them do repairs I do not want cheap used *********** into my vehicle the vehicle needs engine work transmission work and break work

      So went into topline motors to buy a car well finance a car and the sales ********************* that i got is a straight up a****** telling me that because of my credit this is the only car i can get so i say whatever when do i test drive the car and everything they say the car aint even here yet it need a tune up and cleaning and all the junk they say to get you to buy the car so i sign my paper work and call it a day then tell me that there waiting on the bank to approve me so if i signed everything for the car why am i still waiting on the bank. well the bank calls me ask me information had to lie because still have yet to see the care test drive it or anything i insure the car i am now ready to go i seen al the paper work that said i bought the car 3/24/2022 well i didnt even get the car till 4/10/2022 and he kept telling me the cars getting a tune up a new battery a detailing i go pickup the car and its not cleaned at all and i know it didnt get a tune up can tell no new battery it looked old. ok 15 days later i finally get to register it because there lady was out with covid now is registered the car starts acting up check engine line stalling and more i take it to get inspected and the transmission is going on the car finally get a hold of someone to tell me to bring it in they had the car for 2 days and i was calling everyday whats going on and they finally called the 2nd day 5 min before they close the cars no good lets get you in something better. ok now 2 weeks later still not in a car and nothing then tells me that its gunna be more time the bank the bank the bank always the banks fault never theres im still im about to say give m my deposite back and my sales tax because that was min my loan but i had to pay that again

      I purchased a vehicle from Top Line that was not given to us at the time of purchase with all sorts of lies about why the car was not ready. I brought in a cash down payment for $6000 at the time of signing sale contract and financing contract. For two weeks now the car was not given to us. We went there today and the vehicle has all different types of issues still wrong with it. Dealer will now not return our money back.

      I bought a car with $9000 dollars cash from topline imports which came out with many problems and we returned it a month after going to the dealer several times to get fixed. I returned the car with the title and now they don't want to return the money.

      I purchased a ***************** it was my first time ever buying a car. It was problems right from the start it had a crack in the windshield that they needed to replace. It also needed a O2 sensor they let me take the car and told me come back when the pieces came. its been a fight from the beginning once they took my ******* dollars they basically stop giving me customer service and threw mw to the back line. Now I bring the vehicle to the shop and they showed me my engine and its loose there arent any screws hold it in place. i feel so defeated they sold me a piece of trash. Please help me!
