  ******** Jahnke built our home and we moved in in early February. He promised all of this grading to be done as we had serious drainage issues. He never addressed in the construction process even though we told him this would be a problem. We had water leaking into our basement the first week we moved in. We have had the building inspector out a few times now and there are some serious issues that shouldve never passed, including our driveway. If someone came out here to look they would be shocked with how things were left. Very unethical man.

  I would like to clarify that the house at ********************************************** was a project that I purchased the land and built a house, so I was never hired by ************** to build a house for her, near completion of the house I put the house up for sale and ************** sent an offer that was accepted we finalized the construction few months later, passed all inspections got a certificate of occupancy and finalized this transaction in February/2022.

   

  Since the house was finalized in winter time when the frost started to thaw end of February there was a spot in front of the house that the dirt caved in so the water got trapped up against the foundation which caused a little bit of water seeping through pin holes in the foundation, I personally filled the pin holes with roof patch from inside the house the following day that it was brought to my attention and a few weeks later, beginning of May, once the weather improved we added more dirt to have the water run away from the foundation and we have not heard any complaints about this anymore.

   

  We passed all inspections, got our certificate of occupancy the buyers inspected the property couple days before closing they were happy with the results and finalized the purchase, any issues that arose after the sale had been taken care of promptly including the water leak.

   

  I do not know of any  other issues or "serious" issues that she claims to have, not sure what she means about issues with the driveway since the driveway had been already in place when they purchased the house, let's point out that this house was sold "as is".
