Don't waste your money by hiring this company! They did a full bathroom remodel for me and I'm still dealing with some of the issues they caused.Top issue is featured in the photo: apparently the tub was missing a part yet they installed the rest -- incorrectly -- without it. I talked to the manufacturer and they said the pipe is too high so even if I had the part and was able to put it on it would just be floating above the floor!They also chipped a wall tile when bringing in the toilet or the tub. I had the tiler fix it and sent *** the bill but of course he's not responding to me. In the same email I asked him about the permit that's still open. I was under the impression the plumber was to contact the plumbing inspector to have it closed out. No reply!They also put 2 dents in the vanity but I can't prove it was his team.And lastly the shower walls they installed are not plumb and level and they got silicone EVERYWHERE! Took me forever to get off the excess!!Business response

We would like to help customer in finding a solution to her problem with tub valve perhaps finding bracket thats needed to stabilize movement on tub thru manufacturer.And getting finale inspection once we get it stabilized.

I am rejecting this response because: It's not addressing the issue at hand. The issue is the missing ****** and the pipe coming out of the floor which the manufacturer says is too high.The manufacturer sent me a ****** so now I need the plumber to fix the pipe height and add the ******.
