      I hired Services Plus to perform carpentry repairs and painting for my residence, located in ****************************. They have offices in both ************* and ************ and had come recommended from neighbors that had utilized their services. The contract was signed August 1 2024 and work began within a few days of me signing the contract. Overall the work completed was satisfactory: however, they did crack a main window over the front door where carpentry work, agreed to in the quote was completed (photo attached). The pressure placed on the bottom of the window to address the repair caused a stress fracture in the glass from the bottom to the top of the window. This fracture is located outside. I contacted the company immediately and provided photos for reference. They had agreed to gather quotes from companies to start the process for repairs: however only Coventry glass reviewed the damage and was providing a quote back to Services Plus. I have asked for updates on progress weekly but seem to get the run around that the manger's are still deciding on how to approach the situation. The cost of the job was $10.5K which I paid in pull and check was process imdeiatly by Services Plus RI. We need this repaired fully prior to winter and we are very disanointed on their overall lack of follow through to address.

      Hello ****,

      As notified via email last Friday, Sep 20th. We were waiting on a couple of different estimates from different companies to repair the damaged window. We have scheduled an estimate with Coventry glass that happened a couple of weeks ago. However the other companies that we received estimates did not have to come to the property, they were able to provide us a quote only with pictures and measurements. At the end of last week we had received all of the estimates and we had selected to go forward with Coventry glass to repair the window. I assure you that the window will be fixed as soon as possible. We already reached out to ************** and we will coordinate a date with the customer and ************** to get this resolved. I apologize for the delay but unfortunately not all companies have fast feedback and fast estimates that is the only reason for the wait.

      Hired this company to paint and replace wood rot in June 2022. They did the job. No problem. Now 6 months later the clapboard fell off the house and I have contacted them 3 times with no return call or resolution to the issue. I paid this company *************************************************************************************************************************** my possession. This is very poor customer service. I am *********************************************************** I would. I also have a 90 year old woman living with me. I need help. I need this resolved.

      The project at *************************** property was completed on June 10th, 2022.
      ****** first contacted our office on December 5th, 2022 in regards to a piece of siding that had fallen off the house. After initial contact the customer became unresponsive for a while.
      On January 4th, 2023 our PM stopped by the house, and created a touch up form. It was in the middle of the winter and due to the weather and crew availability we were not able to perform touch up at that time.
      On April 12th, 2023:
      Our crew stopped by and performed ************. Little bubble across property were fixed and piece of siding was properly attached.
      Despite our efforts we couldnt get the client to oversee ************. Customer has not contacted us ever since.
