After going to Scannermaster website to acquire info on police scanner programming services, I did not see the scanner I have in the list for models they program. So on 12/26/21 I sent them an email to ask if they program the model I have. I received an automated response stating they program most models. With that email response I filled out their form and spent $37 to ship the scanners (2) to them. This morning, I received my scanners back, with a post it note saying they don't program that model. End result, their misleading info, and non descript response to my email regarding my model of scanner - I paid $37 to ship, and was charged $36 for return shipping of my scanners. Not the pros that I thought they were. Because of their poor business example, I wasted $73 and 3 weeks. Had they answered my email properly, I would still have $73. This is a copy and paste from their website - "Need your scanner programmed? Don't have a computer? We can do it all for you! Just click on your radio to download the proper form, fill it out and send it to us with the scanner. All the information you need is on the form, including the pricing and where to send the scanner.Business response

Ray, sorry if you were misinformed via email about what scanners are programmable. The member of the staff who misinformed you will be updated about this. You were not charged for the return shipping we covered that on our end to get the scanners back to you.
