As I have my own businesses, it is with regret I am sending you this letter to let you know about the services I received from your company. You've been in business long enough to have a check list and inform the client of what they need to keep until their items are ready. No one informed me about that, as matters of fact I myself saved some clothes to keep , however your employees on March 22 the day your service start, took the clothes I put aside after I informed them not to take them. I did not have any clothes except the ones I was wearing and had to buy clothes to get me by until the partial delivery came. I had one blanket to cover and sleep on and on rip sheet return during the cold weather. I have been promised and took more than three times off and block my schedule during my busiest time of the year, with no delivery and no call. One time I hired a person to meet one of your employees who delivered some items which were put on a rack and when I came home it was broken and my clothes was on the floor. Unfortunate they did not have the common sense to spread the deliver items on the other available racks. After almost three weeks I received a text that my clothes were ready to be delivered with no show or call at all. I call them week later on the 19 of April to ask them why they did not call last week , they promise me again to deliver the next day. Finally on April 21 I spoke to Tina who told me some of my clothes was not ready and will be deliver that day by 1 PM and to hang the drape and some other items which I feel were done that day. I am still waiting for the rest of my clothes which I was told will call on Monday April 25 to let me know when they will be ready no one called that day. Finally after months and 7 days on April 28 I received my clothes with some ripe and discolor. I am very disappointed to say the least and want other to be aware of that company. I wish there is less than one star I will had put zero.
