The maintenance repair shop for Marcotte Ford, did not secure the under front cover for my vehicle MKC 2015 thus the cover in front right side came apart and was damaged was told by the manager that it's under your car no one will see it it'll be all right was told by the cell supervisor John that the screw was still in the car when I brought it in for them to check it out and it was not because I looked and duct tape the cover up to the body of the car so it wouldn't drag anymore three times I duct taped it talk to the supervisor manager with John they both said that they would replace it John never called me it was weeks ago.Business response

We had to order the part and awaiting for the part to arrive. Once the part comes in, we will get the MKC into service and we are taking care of the bill for *****. Our Service Manager called and left a message for ***** and appreciate his business.Customer response

Went to the dealership to get a car starter change a new battery new battery was never changed, wire and battery still had oxidation. car didn't want to start in the morning so I assumed something was wrong, I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years, never had an issue, all I wanted was them to fix it, even if I had to pay for something else, which wasn't the issue, but the service representative (****) didn't even want to check, all he did was start the car and say (it start, not our problem) then asked me to leave! I felt be on disrespected. The fact that I had to rent a car for 4days because they didn't work on my car until Thursday and had me take it in Monday and gave it to me on Thursday and changed me for it, was Beyond me! This is a perfect example of why someone that was a faithful customer is no longer willing to give them the time of day!Business response

We did show him that it was and we also showed him his old battery. If the customer is having a problem starting the vehicle, we would be happy to inspect it for him. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do. However, I feel that a full refund is unreasonable. We did replace the battery and starter as requested. Dear Marcotte Ford, I believe you still do not understand the problem, this was never about the refund or money! This is about a service not done nor done well, also the way your service rep (****) disrespected a former customer, (money was never a factor) I have never been kicked out of any business in my life and that an experience that will stay with me every time some mansions Marcotte! In closing I wish you guess luck and truly hope you look hard at your customer service policies and start training and in acting new politics to prevent further incidents with other customers just a thought.
