We pre-paid for 20 half-day stays at Lucky Dogs. Without any notification the business moved a few towns over. We only found this out when one of our neighbors went to drop off their dogs and the building was cleared out without so much as a note on the door. The new location more than doubled our drive time. I called and talked to the owner who said she would refund us for the 11 remaining days we had paid for. She calculated it over the phone and said it would be $160. I called a couple weeks later when I still hadnt received the check. No answer. Over the past couple of months I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply from the business - they are seemingly screening my calls hoping that I will just give up. As I mentioned, the owner said she would refund me the unused days and even double checked my address over the phone to make sure it would go to the right place. Since then she will not answer my calls or email.
