  JDWEBBREMODELING Holiston Ma. But only knew him as ***************************. He Put a Claim in to my *********************** to do a roof job on my home. My insurance adjuster came and said the insurance company will paid for my ENTIRE roof to be done, because the ***** of my ROOF is RED, so repairing the small area of the roof a 6x5' or so patch would not match. The insurance company payout was for my Entire roof. So from March 2022 to December 2022 I waited... excuses with crew, shingles etc. I couldn't get in touch with him after the second ******** ck. In November of 2022.. I kept Texting ***************/ JDWebb Remodeling and in December of 2022 my son called him and tried to reason with him about ********* being lot of money to fix a small 5x6'portion of roof. JDWebb was adamant that he was only going to do a 5x6' patch...per his dishonest contract.. all those months I waited with why is it taking so long? Just all lies we always discussed the Entire Roof and he never got any material or shipments..etc just lies upon lies. Wod t .eet with us to discuss it. He Scammed me!So we said see you in COURT!Dec.2022 *************************** received two $******** payments for the amount of $********* and only tried to fix a 5x6' rotted portion of my roof that is still leaking worst than before he tried to fix it..

  This contract was for a REPAIR to the roof, that was completed per the contract in which ****** signed. 

  ****** put a stop to the process of having the entire roof replaced, therefor she breached the contract.

  There is false information in the entirety of ******'s claim.

  Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********.   These two people *************************** and his wife/ partner - ************************* and the response they gave to the BBB is totally untrue!..
  His license has been Revoked since 2019 and he Does Not have an HIC REGISTRATION NUMBER...
  
  The company of *************************** of ********** ,************* also known as  JDWebb Remodeling, Scammed me out of $12,000.00!
  This company Did Not Do the 
  Roofing job of Stripping and Shingling my Entire roof that he Told me he was going to do! And also what my ***************** gave me the Money for My Entire Roof!
  
  **** kept saying what he was going to do month after month from March of 2022 until November of 2022...
  He was never available but when he wanted a check in first week of June of 2022 called several times and texting that week to make sure I was going to give him a check for $******** and he would drop by to get it.
  Well, he came for that on time!
  Now, I was invested monetarily and trusted him...so he groomed me and I believed him and what he told me he was going to do, 
  #MYENTIREROOF!
  
  When he left he told me lies upon lies and now he was going to set up and hire his crew the following week of 4 or 5 men to strip the Entire Roof and they the crew would see if there was anymore rotted areas underneath...because then he was going to have to contact my ***************** again for more money. 
  He groomed me for months and months telling me lies upon lies and
  always had another bigger and better lie and excuse...
  it was the shingles he had to wait for because he couldn't get the color...the lies kept coming! Making me believe he was to start the roofing very soon. Weeks and then Months went by, still nothing! But he made me believe everything was going to happen soon ..
  I kept waiting and waiting trying to contact him by phone and email and he didn't respond right away and then when he did it was another excuse...in ****** all day...at the office, needed to get another phone, people could hear him but he couldn't hear anything! Phone #2...or was that 3? He's busy on another job! then why he couldn't come back until 3 weeks or so later... . moving his children... but would call me in a few days...that didn't happen either..then he started to call 1st week of November for phase 2 of contract and needed another ******** ck. 
  Up to this point all he did was waste my precious time and lots of time talking and going up on ladder of the front of the house, not sure what he was doing, nothing! all that time wasted! 
  The day I was to give him phase 2 and a second check for $******** he took apart the small section of the overhang of my front porch where it had rotted probably a 5 or 6' area, maybe smaller, put in two  small separate pieces of plywood then covered it with tar paper I had  leftover and left the roof without shingles. 
  It took him hours and hours to do that small job!
  Then it rained for weeks and that spot leaked more than before. I kept calling him and texting where are you it's leaking worse than ever!
  He had left that day saying to me to expect the bundles of shingles to come in the following week, (now it's the beginning of November of 2022) and where the shingles would be placed so not to be in the way . 
  Then he dropped off a small WM BAG for debris from shingles...all lies...then  I didn't hear from him for weeks...I started to call him November 28, 2022 and texted him but no answer... crickets... that's when I had had it with waiting on him and told him it's been long enough and I have been patient long enough I'm not waiting anymore and wanted him to get the crew and do the job that week. and texted him to tell him/ her, that I knew they were ******** AND ***** and did this to a 73 yrs.old senior citizen and I wanted my money back the $12,000.00 they Scammed me out of...and now they had to respond to my son who was handling the matter.
  No response, crickets again!... until the following  Monday trying to get  my son to email them instead of a phone call because they wanted documentation of the conversation because they didn't trust US to talk to him face to face...what a joke!...of course he wouldn't do it!  And their scammer story goes on with only doing that small area of 5x6 rotted roof area for the *** of $12,000.00...
  My son ended the conversation with I guess we'll see you in court!

  Again, I will explain. The job was COMPLETED  as the contract stated. 

  Homeowner agreed to, and SIGNED said contract. If anything,

  Monies are owed to *************, as she breached the contract. 

  Homeowner wants more work on her home,  and is attempting to have it done falsely.  It is NOT the work that is on the contract.
