            I hired this company, Angels Concrete and Masonry, to repair foundational cracks on my house as well as pour a new concrete patio around my pool less than a year ago. As of today all the work this licensed ***** has done has become undone. He was paid approximately $11,000 for all the workand it was meant to last longer than 1 year. Since discovering the poor craftsmanship 3 weeks ago i have reach out to ***************************, the owner and operator of this company numerous times. I spoke to him the first call explaining the situation. He said, ***************, Ill be in your area on Friday. I will come and look at the issue. Since then there has zero action or response from him. I was simply asking for him to fix his shoddy work. He is also running the company under another name, New England Masonry and Concrete.             Disappears at first issue.It's unfortunate. I've hired **** several times through his company "New England Masonry & Landscape" and had no issues.I hired **** again with the new company name "Angels Concrete and Masonry" to do a large stamped concrete *************** at my new house.In total the work took 3 days spread over the timespan of 3 months.I got constant excuses for why his guys called out. He tried leaving excavated grass/dirt on my property as though that was normal.Eventually the patio went in. 2 months later it cracked.I called and after 2 weeks I got a call back saying it was ok because there are relief cuts in the concrete. Except that the crack spans both sides of the relief cut. He tells me he'll be out next week to take a look at it.That was several weeks ago now and he won't answer calls, show up, or stand by his work. Its unfortunate because all my other projects went well, but this project was very poor, start to finish.
