I was highly recommended this service by my close friend because they had done an amazing job at an amazing price at her home. I contacted All Pro Tree Service and had an appointment scheduled to come see my tree. ***** came to my home and looked at the tree and we discussed what I wanted done. It would be heavy pruning of my tree in front of my home. I had text messages from the company and sent photos of the branches I needed cut and pruned. A contract was then emailed to me and all was set for 9/7/22. Upon arrival my tree was being worked on and ***** asked again what branches even though we had already spoke about it and I had even sent photos of it before signing the contract. ***** agreed and I paid the $1800 and left for work with my son bringing me. When my son returned home the branch was not cut above my roof even though we had agreed on it. My son stated this and ***** said that it had not been discussed even though it had through text messages and that very morning in person. ***** then said he would cut the branch when my neighbor had her tree cut because apparently my neighbor had spoke to ***** that morning. My neighbor has nothing to do with my own tree and the contract we had agreed upon. ***** and his crew then finished and left. I then emailed when I got home and also called. I was sent an email back saying they would come cut the branch When my neighbor gets her tree done. There is absolutely no guarantee and my neighbor has nothing to do with me! I have sent emails and still no response. This is not okay and completely unprofessional. I want what I paid for to be completed. I paid $1800 for this service and it has not been completed and this company will not respond to me.
