I have ordered a pizza on Feb 19, and upon arrival home , the pizza was not the correct pizza and I callled and notified them, and today when I called to get replacement pizza , *********** was very rude and disrespectful on the phone and he actually was laughing on the phone. I left my house to talk to his rude attitude towards a customer and he was still rude and I asked for his Manager name to talk to him. His response was Good luck. This kind of service is not acceptable and this person should never serve anyone anymore with this attitude. After all this I will never go to Dominos ever again and I would like to be fully refunded for my wrong order.Initial Complaint

Last evening I placed an order at Dominoes in Hyannis Receipt and ONE item attached. They rang up my order for $5.99 with an over $16 .93 in taxes and tip. I NEED DOMINOES PIZZA to return my money. As you can see I DID NOT eat the food that was brought to me Please help me retrieve my money from Dominoes Pizza in Hyannis. I live in an elderly facility and I do believe they took advantage of me, and my credit card. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to give dominoes pizza $22.92 of my social security check. They even offered 50% off, thats the only reason I ordered, but as you can see I was even too upset to eat.Regards *********************Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have heard nothing from the business that took my money
