      I placed an order online and was charged *****. I received an email from MP stating they cancelled my order because The address for delivery (Harwich) was outside their delivery radius. I told them I was already charged and asked if ** be reimbursed since they were not fulfilling the order- never made or delivered the flowers. This was May 17th. I have sent 4 emails since with no response again. Ive called the phone number listed 5 times. It goes to voicemail with a mailbox that is full so I cant leave a message. Today I went onto their website and saw other ****** reviews with similar concerns. I live 4 hours away so cant stop into the location to get my refund. I have email evidence of our correspondence and my debit card charge.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I still have not received a refund (of almost ******!) for the flowers that charged my debit card for, cancelled the order and never sent due to the location being outside of their delivery range.  They will not pick up the phone, I have called at least 10 times.  The voicemail for the business is full so I can't get through.  I live 4 hours away, so I have no way of going into the physical establishment to speak to someone.  They originally said in an email, I would be reimbursed (May 17th) it is now almost a month later, and I have not been reimbursed.  They no longer respond to my emails.  Please help!  That is a lot of money to just take without a product!!!!  I can share images of my debit card history of purchase if you need, just let me know.  Thank you!
