    To whom it may concern, This letter that I wrote to **** at (Trap All Wildlife) pretty much says it all. I have called 11 times with no response. Can you please help me? The address for (******** Wildlife) is as follows. ************************************ Thank you, "11/9/21 Dear ****, I have tried to get hold of you with no response. The message I keep getting is (the mail box is not set up). I paid you $600.00 on 12/15/20 check #***. After this date I would have to pay another $600.00. You told me that if I got any signs of mice (like insulation falling from above my car) in my garage to call you. You put a new trip in a month or so ago and said you Would be here at the beginning of the following week but you never came. I can't get hold of you (Mailbox not set up). Please call me about this matter."

    Charged me $400 for work never done and refuses to give me a receipt stating what he did. Never answered phone calls, emails, texts, or even a written letter.
