On 8/19 arrived to *********************************** fitness and noticed that locks had been removed on a few lockers. Mostly the locks that were smaller like mines. I reviewed my contract from top to bottom and no WHERE does it state a locker cant be used overnight. I was informed that the manager placed 1 yellow sheet on 8/18/24 upon their arrival (unknown time) stating that lockers will be emptied. Not a 24hrs notice allowing those who visit the gym at 5a to visualize the sign. This is beyond unacceptable. All of my items were tossed. After being a member of PF since 2020 and transferring here once they had opened. I think its best I find a facility as well as general managers who are respectful enough to give advance notice. I took a picture of the 1 sign placed yesterday after I had visited the facility at 5a and the 3 locks that were huge and wasnt removed. The previous GM ***** would never.. she wouldve given the members ample notice and wouldve placed multiple signs especially at the front entrance letting everyone know if lockers arent emptied by a particular date - all items would be removed. Thats how you run a business. Its common decency- Since staff broke the locks - placed a sign that same day- it would have been nice to bag them in the clear trash bag for pickup. SMH I just started leaving my items because I visit daily prior to work to decompress. So this is a rule that a new manager has decided to randomly enforced in such notice. I digress. Whether peoples items looked of value or not. Your employees dont know if the gloves they tossed was the ones of my significant other who passed?! Or the sandals I left were gifted. These people representing PF a major chain and your River ************ location will have you losing tons of money. Images attached of the sign and remaining lockers.Customer response

i signed up for a free trial with planet fitness over the summer and canceled before the trial was over so i thought they canceled it!!! come to find out it was never cancelled and i have still been charged i went in to the hyde park **** location after i went to the *********** location and in hyde park they said they will never cancel it without me going in in person!!! Not once was i told this and i asked for a refund of the money i was being charged after i was told that my account was cancelled, i would like the money back that is well owed to me because i never stepped a foot in any of there gyms and they have records of thisCustomer response
