              Called ******************************** regarding refrigerator mechanics not making ice. Al was initially very prompt and communicative, and came same day to assess the issue with appliance. After diagnosing the issue and part needing to be replaced, he supposedly called his supplier and ordered the necessary part. He asked for payment of $388 to pay for the part and promised installation the following monday when part arrived. Check was cashed the following day. ** followed up as promised and arrived Monday with the wrong part he realized after arriving. He then supposedly called supplier again and said he could get the right part the following morning and would come back tomorrow to install correct part. Al never showed and no response despite multiple calls voicemails and texts sent. I was suspicious and ****** him ************************* and saw his prior reports to BBB for similar behavior.
