I purchased a car from Mass Auto And I lost the bill of sale and title But I went back to the auto shop For replacement he claims his been waiting on the *** its been over 12 months Ive been back and forth for repairs on the car paying him since Ive lost the title and bill of sale. I had the motor fixed for ****, brakes , and radiator etc. without the title given to me. I been at the shop with my family member asking for the title. Now my car is being held by a tow lot and they cops wont release my car without proper papers for the car. Im going lose my car. Second car in a next lose cause of this car shop. I cant Afford to lose the car I worked hard to get I am homeless with two kids I live inside ************ in ****. I purchased the car because I knew I needed a vehicle to be able to get back-and-forth from North Shore to ****** I have no family in north shore no friends I know nobody in north shore my kids are currently still in school in ****** I needed that car to bring my kids back-and-forth to school and to get back-and-forth to work I work in *********. The shop owner that I bought the car from knows all of these things I explained all of this to the person and still yet he has given me the runaround on the title all of this time and even currently presently right now hes still doing the same thing he gave me multiple invoices that I cannot legally use to do anything with it he gave me a screenshot of the title it has not physically gave me the title nor do I believe that he ever went to the *** request a replacement at all I need help seriously I need someone to help me I dont know what to do I want to the police station multiple times I just went to **** Police station yesterday that telling me to go to ****** police I do not have the means to go back-and-forth and I do not have transportation to get back-and-forth from ****** to **** to handle all of this I need help please
