I had pre-ordered items in May of 2023 that were suppose to be shipped out by December of 2023 and I had paid ****** for this package. However I had missed an email that was sent out in November that due to their 3rd party suppliers and other issues they would not be able to deliver said item and had asked for customers to reach out and ask if they would prefer an in-store credit or a full refund. In January I received an email stating I would be given a full refund. I monitored my bank account and even followed up with my bank to inquire if I had any incoming payments from said vendor and there were none. I reached out to the seller on multiple of occasions letting them know while they did send an invoice stating the amount would be refunded I never received it. They have not responded to any of my inquires. After checking online from other buyers I came to find out this is a known issue with this company so I felt this was the only way to receive a refund.Customer response

I submitted an order through www.ladydyeyarns.com on Feb 15, 2023 (order #*****). The order is for 4 skeins of yarn and one keychain. The order was never shipped, although the website still lists the items as "in stock." I sent my first email request for a status update approximately 4 weeks later. I sent emails every 4 weeks until June 29, 2023. At that point, I changed my request to a request for refund only. I sent follow up emails on July 11, 22, 31, Aug 6, 14, 15, 16, 19, 23, and Sept 6, 2023. I have not received any response from Lady *** other than an initial automated response on June 29, 2023.Customer response

Complaint involves 2 orders: Ordered yarn, never received, no response to numerous emails, not able to find valid phone number Order #***** was placed on July 1, 2022 and $45.15 charged to credit card on 7/5/Listed as Preorder: ********** "Unity" Colorway in (Sport) 1; Available as preorder. Ships towards end of 2022. As of today 5/2/2023, the status of this yarn shows as currently processingOrder #***** was placed on October 3, 2022 and $97.15 charged to credit card on 10/4/2022. Listed as ************** Box 1; Stock Status: In stock As of today, 5/2/2023, the status shows as currently Processing.Customer response

There is no good excuse for the lack of response to my numerous attempts to contact them.

December 18, 2021, I ordered a specialty yarn box with shipping in March of 2022 for $147.20. The product has never been shipped to me. It was then communicated by ******************* that it would be shipped in April, then in May, then in June. March 16, 2022, the owner offered a free yarn kit to people who were inconvenienced for the December 2021 box. The only charge would be $11.60 for shipping. The yarn never was shipped, however was charged for the shipping.May 21, 2022, I ordered a yarn kit for $36.60. I have never received the product.All items show on the website as in stock. I have email numerous times and most times never received a reply, or when replied to, numerous excuses on why the products have not been shipped. The last correspondence I received, ******************* stated that there was an issue with Square and she would she where my refund was. I gave her one week to credit my credit card, mail a check, etc, and after checking with ***************** no refund had been issued on her end. I have started a dispute with **************** to receive a credit from Lady Dye Yarns.
