Additional Information for Class Auto Sales

BBB Files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning product and sales practice issues. Consumers report that the business sells vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Specifically, consumers state that they are misinformed on the overall condition of the vehicle before the sale and begin to experience problems almost immediately after purchase. Consumers further allege that when the businesses attempts to repair these problems proves unsuccessful, the business refuses to issue refunds.

On July 9, 2019 BBB sent certified correspondence to the company requesting their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaints on file with BBB. As of November 30, 2021 BBB has not received a response to the certified correspondence.

Since the publishing of this text this business has continued to have a pattern of complaints. Since July, 2019 Class Auto Sales has had 5 additional complaints filed with the BBB. Of those 5 complaints 4 of them have been unanswered and 1 complaint is closed out of purview due to the consumer having filed a court case against the business before the complaint was filed with BBB. Consumers continue to report that the business sells vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Specifically, consumers continue to state that they are misinformed on the overall condition of the vehicle before the sale and begin to experience problems almost immediately after purchase. Consumers further allege that they are unable to contact anyone at the business to attempt to rectify these issues.

BBB has sent another certified correspondence to the business on December 1, 2021. We will update this alert when we hear from the business.
