I attended my first-ever appointment on September 6th, 2022. A month after, I was called for a "urine test", multiple times. For it to be re-taken, because it had already been taken on my physical on 09/06/22. When I went to the clinic again for these tests to be retaken, I was told I was never called for that, but now that I was there I needed blood drawn, and I asked why, they said Doctor requested, it but never gave me a reason. A week and a half to two weeks, I received a bill of $535 for these tests. I messaged them over 5 times for about 3 months and I never got a response until recently, giving me excuses and apologies but still saying I'm responsible, for something I was never given an explanation for, by my doctor, and never told that it needed them until I came in for something that, they said, they never called me for, when I got three calls about it. I've told them, I refuse to pay for this and they need to take that off my record because it's completely unfair, they gave me no information about what they were doing with my body and my wallet.

I called last week to get a referral for an issue I was seen at the emergency in another State as the hospital suggested. I had all necessary test done at the hospital and they suggested I see an pulmonologist. ********************** didn't call back stating me needing a referral is not a priority for a call back from the nurse. So I suggested a supervisor call me back due to no nurse reaching out. So instead a nurse calls me back and refuses to help stating I need to see my doctor. ********************** doesn't even have the capability or equipment to do what the hospital has and I offered to have the other hospital send my records over to tell them their finds. So after the nurse telling me she isn't going to argue with me? First of all it's my ***** not an argument. Secondly I don't need to waste time or money going to see my PCP since the last time I was seen there they billed me even though I had insurance. So the supervisor told the *** she was handling medical emergency and would contact me after and the nurse said I'm not arguing with you I'll have the supervisor call you. And here we are the end of the business day and still no supervisor has called. ********************** has a horrible reputation for not caring about the patients and after almost 30 years of being there I've had it. The reviews are horrible and the staff is rude. And clearly the supervisor doesn't care to do her job either. They need to stop taking on more patients if you can't treat the ones your already have. This is a disgrace.
