Was lied too and scammed by the sales men for being a nice customer. ***** company imply bait and switch tactics. Vehicle broke down every three months. I have receipts videos and invoices. They think theyre off the hook and now wont return my phone calls texts or messages. Very frustrating experience. ***** lot has a bunch of cars with scratches on vehicle's. No customer service what so ever. I wouldve liked some repairs done for free or some money off the vehicle because there is more minuses than pluses with this vehicle. I have in fact went down there in person multiple times about the condition of the vehicles front brakes the sales men wasn't honest there either. He lied about air conditioning system as well. Bald tires after three months told me they were new tires lied too there tires wouldnt take air. New battery before the first month. ABS light on late winter 2023. Check engine light on Winter 2023. New issue where the vehicle wont go over 60 mph on the highway isnt worth fixing anymore vehicle is a total loss. Would have like some further explanation when I picked up the vehicle last summer and how this all alright. Spoke with owner and blamed me for repairs and said I didnt maintenance the vehicle. Told him I would send them via messenger the receipts for the vehicle. Doesnt take responsibility for the cars on his lot after customer states issues of the vehicles condition. Now car doesnt run at all. And he wont respond to my emails texts or phone calls. Would like him to buy back the car and take on the loan. The salesman was as dishonest as they come and sold me a bad car. That I dont want anymore. Spoke with owner and he doesnt want me too contact his business or call. Im left getting the state involved in hopes of escalating the situation to help me with car repairs I have all ready made. If I keep the vehicle than I will be sinking more and more money into the vehicle. Which cost more than the actual vehicle cost in the first place.
