On October 8, 2022, I purchased a car and financed it at Santo Domingo Motors, *** for $16K. They said they would do the necessary preparation/repairs and the car would be ready in 4 days. It wasn't. I registered the car on October 11 and delivered the plates to the dealer and asked to have it inspected...the dealer said it didn't have to be inspected within 7 days but I insisted to take it and it failed inspection on October 18 for emissions - no further official testing have been done to ascertain the cause of the emissions failure or cost of repair because the car has not been delivered. I served them with a demand to cancel the contract but they have refused to do so. Since then, the dealer has not completed their "repairs" and when I went to have the car inspected again on October 25, the dealer said it would not pass inspection today and they would drive the car to ****** and back and then it would pass inspection. I do not trust this car that now has more miles than what I contracted to buy. They continue to refuse to cancel the contract. I told them not to charge my account for a car I never received and they said I had to refinance the contract.Initial Complaint

I financed a car with this company and theres everything under the sun wrong with it and theyre not complying I put $5000 down cash one on top of the other I picked up the car on Friday Ive been there every day ever since trying to work with them to fix the car and they just give me the runaround. The shocks are no the car cant go pass 60 because it shakes like a leaf something is wrong with the front end noise is coming out of the car the staff is completely unprofessionalBusiness response

Customer Came to the dealership and described the issues he felt with the vehicle. The mechanic checked the car and informed the client the necessary parts needed would have to be ordered. Once the parts arrived at the dealership an appointment was made to repair the vehicle. Once the vehicle was repaired it was taken to a third party shop to be digitally aligned. The customer came back with complaints in regards to the alignment and the car was taken back to the shop that guaranteed their work and the car was properly aligned. As of 2/3/22 the customer has not indicated any issues with the vehicle or has called to report any issues. The vehicle was inspected at a local state inspection point and deemed in good mechanical condition.
