    February 11 Approx. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. It had some issues such as heater blowing cold air on the bottom where feet go and cold on top. I had noticed bubbling paint but didn't pay much attention. I drove it and it drove ok accept that as I drove it more it seems to drag sort of. When I brought the car in for the heater repair. You can tell Rob (owner of Euro Design) which is affiliated business as his wife owns dealership in question and the repair would have been done at Euro Design. The owner clearly did not read the work order in which I explained in detail what the heat was doing. Rob's response after having my car several hours was that I don't know how to work my heater. That was not the case. Rob himself admitted he did not look at the paper I filled out. That issue caused a huge issue between myself and my ex. I was harassed by him and threatened by him on behalf of this dealership. Not to mention that every time I called the dealership, they would call him and he would harass me more. Once the heater was not fixed I was upset as I spent the day in town for nothing. Then on the day I went to register the car, I could not register it as the title showed different information and it was as if the dealership never owned the car as their information was not on the title and it went straight to me. Had to bring it to the dealer where Wren the owner who claims to be an attorney took a pen eraser and erased the information on the back of the title and then wrote over it all as if that was legal. I was expecting a duplicate title inquiry not that. I did not like that. Especially from an attorney. Also I went through a drive through car wash for the first time and I went to dry the car and it has rust near the wheel wells. They refuse to take the car back and I have asked since March 3 (Day of Appt.). They clearly painted over the Rust if it chipped off in the car wash . They hang up on me and refuse to work with me.
