I have an account with Hanscom Federal Credit Union (HFCU). On Oct 25th I used online billpay to send $1000 to Metro Credit Union (MCU). HFCU immediately deducted 1k, however MCU never received payment. I have tried repeatedly to have HFCU stop payment on the check and resend including calls to the customer service line on 11/10, 11/11 and 11/13 as well as multiple emails during the same period. As of 11/13 this issue has still not been solved and HCFU has taken no action. This experience has been exacerbated by extremely long hold times, so I've spent hours on this issue with no resolution. Most alarmingly, no one at HCFU seems to know what's going on and in spite of the fact that the check is physically pictured, front and back, in my online account, HFCU representatives continue to ask questions about when the check was written and by whom it was written (when all of those details are shown online). I have included images (from HFCU's online banking platform) of the front and back of the check. I have confirmed MCU that payment has not been received and they will provide a letter stating such if needed (though HFCU can tell you, and has told me, that the check has not bee deposited).
