We originally had a great experience with this company but over the last 2 pool seasons have had some real issues, and no longer recommend them to anyone. Last summer (only our 2nd summer with a pool) C&C opened our pool, shortly after we noticed the heater wasn't working. They sent someone out 3 times, and each time he clearly did not know what he was doing. He took half of the brand new heater apart, charged us for all 3 visits and parts, including a new computer switch board and regulator. Finally on the last service call they sent someone who knew what he was doing. He came out, turned a valve that the initial guys who opened it hadn't turned and the entire heater fired up without issue. They refused to reimburse us for the time spent, even after we said we would eat the cost for the parts (although I don't think we should have had to even done that). Later that summer, we noticed the pool was not as clean after our bi-weekly service. I stayed home one time to see if they were actually cleaning and discovered they weren't. They went so far as to pull into my driveway, sit in the driveway for a few minutes, and then pull out without even looking at the pool. Finally this summer they just charged us for cleaning the filter, when I contacted to say "hey, I was here when the cleaning guy was here and he did not clean the filter, he just backwashed it" they did reimburse us for that charge. But by that time I had lost all faith in their company and have moved on to using someone else. I don't really trust them to be here, and charge us appropriately for things. If I have to be here to watch them clean the pool it sort of defeats the purpose, I'll just clean it myself.
