Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/03/21) */ Contact Name and Title: ********* Contact Phone: ************ Contact Email: ********************************* I am disappointed that any business process or transaction would warrant a formal complaint filed against us and have conducted an internal investigation into this matter to the best of my ability. I have reviewed all notes and interactions with this client. It has been determined that we followed our P&P regarding payment collection which is usual and customary practice. All payment processes are discussed and agreed to before establishing as a client of CHWG. Our office responded to her grievance in a timely manner, our understanding after speaking with her was that she was satisfied and understood the action we took. Then we received notice of this complaint. We spoke with client again and she stated that she filed this complaint "on the advice of her mother". Who may not be aware of the payment agreement that was made directly with the client that services were provided to. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
