      Joe (Deluxe Auto Sales) offered a vehicle for sale on ****. Joe offered false information and/or elected not to provide crucial information about the vehicle and fraudulently completed the transaction. I was told of NO issues (even when I directly inquired) and found the following issues which were NOT disclosed (even when asked): 2 wheels are damaged and need replaced, body panel seams do not allign (obviously in major wreck), drivers side doors do not allign and stick - also is scraping paint off of pillars just opening and closing doors, water leaking between front and rear driver's windows and closing doors, frame may be bent, obvious front end damage (can feel when steering), no 2nd set of keys (as promised), missing Lincoln emblems, trunk release does not work, console lid broken etc. I requested that Joe work this out and expected adequate compensation for the sale but Joe has refused and seems to believe that he has no obligation of being forthcoming in his operations and deserves any money he can con others out of. I request mediation prior to litigation.

      Consumer states that the business has not been responsive, inspection has determined further issues with the vehicle to the point that it is not safe to drive. At this point the consumer wishes to return the vehicle for a full refund, as stated in the attached documents as well.

      To whom it may concern,

      As a courtesy to your organization I am responding to in my opinion, this ridiculously false claim and accusation. Deluxe Auto Sales sold this gentleman a very nice 2009 Lincoln Town Car. The car for the year and miles was in very nice  condition, again- FOR THE YEAR AND MILES. To be fair, I did promise him a remote that I did not send but that was only because he called me a crook, and harassed me for weeks. We purchased the car through a local auction and NO total loss information was reported as the auction industry is very detailed in reporting this information when running Carfax history and selling vehicles at auction. We also ran an AutoCheck on this vehicle. Yes, we did paint a few scratches in the detailing process but over all, it was a very nice car. My **** add clearly described the vehicle and also mentioned 2 wheels that had peeling chrome. He mentioned emblems? That year, Lincoln did not come with fender emblems. There are other things he mentioned but I'm getting long winded and will not go into every detail other than to say again, it was a very nice car for the year. When it was shipped to him, everything was in working order. This man has harassed us to no end!! I told him to take us to court and let the judge hear both sides. We have been in business for 28 years and have been to small claims court 4 times. That record says much for our industry. AND, we won 3 out of 4 times. If the man must take this further, tell him to do what he must do, but STOP harassing us, or I will consult with our attorney to consider harassment charges against him.

      I am rejecting this response because: Almost every word he stated was an absolute LIE. Also, I can confirm what he told me and a transcript of our messages shows he is lying. Also, he has several more similar complaints and he IS A CROOK/CON-MAN  and just too greedy and immature to stand accountable. The car HAS NOT moved since this began and this has also caused me additonal problems. I am happy to provide BBB with my exact actions and answer any questions regarding this and woud agree with  a  referee and /or mediator as long as we both agree to abide with the mediator's decision (maybe a remote hearing .online). I believe this to be a very fair way to decide and hope that everyone agrees.

      I am not interested in speaking with anyone who calls me a crook and a liar. I represented the vehicle as it should for the year and miles. Take the matter to court and have a judge decide the outcome. I also have transcripts of emails sent that are threating and abusive.
