1 of the owners came over and gave me a verbal quote. I explained to him the city required a permit, he said thats not a problem. He told me he was going to email me a written quote which I never received. I consistently tried contacting him by text and phone calls. He finally text me telling me to call his office and to schedule the work to be done. I called his ************* put me on the schedule for today(that was a few weeks ago) since then I continued to call him about the permit, after me texting and calling him with no response he text me that I had to contact his partner about pulling the permit. I called his partner, left messages, and sent a text message, again, I received know response. At the beginning of this week I called the office to confirm my appointment for today. The appointment was confirmed and the lady from the office told me to expect them between 8 & 9 am. I took the day off for the appointment. At 9:00 am today, I called the office to find out where the crew was since they have not yet arrived. The lady in the office said she would call me right back, she was going to find out where they were. She called me back and said that the owner told her that he told me that he wasnt taking the job because of the permit that was required by the city, which I found strange since he he has not answered any of my calls, returned any of my calls, or texts. So not only was was my project not completed, I lost a days pay, I was robbed of time that I couldve spent finding someone that could have done the job, and the only way I found out they werent coming is because I called the office. This company has been in business since 2016 & with these business practices I cant see them being in business much longer. If they did this to me Im sure they will do it to someone else, if they havent already.
