I went to a laser treatment place because i was given 8 free sessions from a friend. I got my first free session done back in May of 2022 and when I was done with the first session, the manager of the place brought me into her office to try to talk me into buying sessions for another area that I wanted to do laser treatments on. I wanted to do a different area, what I thought i was signing up for was an extra 12 sessions on this different area. When i got my first bill, I realized that it was 12 sessions for 24 months, meaning two years of laser treatments on such a small area that is completely unnecessary. I decided it wasnt worth it and tried to cancel my package with them, they said no refunds but when I first met the manager all she said was we cant give you your money back if you cant give us your hair back. I requested a refund for services that have not been provided yet that I will be paying the next 2 years for. They got a loan from comenity bank which is a credit for me that I pay monthly to pay it off. I do not wish to receive laser treatments for 2 years from a place that has been nothing but rude to me as well as making me chase comenity capital bank to refund me when they are supposed to refund the bank itself. I sent a letter on 6/20/22 to comenity bank explaining my situation. I later decided if I have to pay for treatments that this company won't refund me for, then I will just go to get them. The manager of this laser place called me after I made an appointment and told me if I was trying to get treatments while I'm trying to cancel my membership with them, then I shouldn't come in and get the treatments done. I was coerced into getting a membership with them. I only got 2 sessions done with them. I do not wish to pay for something I am not even getting. ************* hasnt helped me with the situation neither has the laser place. Comenity keeps asking for more info but i have given them everything i have.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. It is very unprofessional that they wont answer me or any other messages.
