    I bought new ******** GLC 2024 from Herb chamber of Lynnfield at the time when I tested drive the car everything seems OK.***y had told me to pick up the car in two days for registration and obtaining a new license plate when I picked up the car in two days, the check engine light was on And the gas meter was indicating nothing zero although the sales person had told me the car is in full he had just filled up the gas tank with fuel. I did question why the engine light is on they told me thats normal with the new ******** just drive it and that should go away by itself. Well I drove the car ********************************* indication there is problem with the break assistance an other with the airbag on the passenger side, I called the dealer. He told me to bring the car over so they can check it out. ***y should not give me the car already with the problems in it. I did bring the car a day later to the dealer. No one contact me to tell me what the problem is , I was chasing them to get information what is happening with the car. I called the service department they informed me the car needed a fuel pump. A new car needed a fuel pump and havent been driven?***y told me they are waiting on the parts to arrive , when the part arrives ***y will let me know when to pick it up, car been at the dealership For five days, how could a brand new car get this many problems they never addressed the problem with the break assess Nor the problem with the airbag I do have pictures of the trouble indicating those problem are existed in the car. Is there anyway I can back off purchasing this car? I dont trust the dealership anymore.

    I was treated horribly and the managers as well as employees went out of their way to stop me from getting the vehicle. They wasted almost 4 days adding issue after issue to every solution I gave them. I am not sure why they didnt want to sell me a car but it was the obvious they did not want me to. When I complaint the treatment to the manager he really didnt care. It almost felt like a racial bias based on the tone and what was said Eventually, I wrote a review on ******** and ******* Surprisingly now I am not able to edit reviews just for this dealership which means they are capable of preventing people from writing reviews.
