***************************** (Owner of GreenChoice Insulation, LLC), and his team, came out to our residence and issued a formal quote which required signature and a 45% deposit, in order to start the spray-foaming project. After signing the order form, sending the 45% deposit check, and getting on the schedule, ***************************** and his team failed to show up on the date we agreed. We rescheduled, and again, they failed to show up on the 'renegotiated date', delaying our project significantly. After rescheduling a 3rd time, we received an email saying our price changed from $9,737.36-->$10,450 due to the price of material going up, "unexpectedly". After calling and asking why pricing has changed post signature to a contract, GreenChoice Insulation LLC then sent another "updated" contract with a new price of $14,657, stating again, "Pricing has gone up and in order to start this project, we need additional money for the 45% down." After multiple attempts to call them to better understand this situation, a 3rd Contract was sent for signature, and this time it was $17,978! Stating that they again need us to sign this now if we didn't want to delay our project, AND that we needed to send more money for the deposit.The sales rep we worked with just terminated his relationship with ******* stating in an SMS, "******* and I parted ways given we disagreed on his tactics of raising prices arbitrarily AFTER final quotes and deposits have been made." The sales rep went on to say, "This is ********* move unfortunately, and sorry you are in this position."Based on this, I wish to file this report officially and warn others of these disappointing and unhealthy business practices. Buyer be warned!
