      On Jan. 27, 2023, I bought a *** for my 17-year-old daughter from River Auto Sales *** through agent ***********************. The car was making a front noise. He said it must be the brakes and rotors nothing major. The next day when my daughter was driving the car, she noticed a cloud of smoke coming out of the hood. The car was leaking oil from the gasket on a hot engine. We called **** and told him the car is unsafe to drive and we are afraid to keep it as it appears as if there are major issues. He refused to return it. He told ** to bring the car over to be fixed. My cousin manages to bring the car back and the next day he contacted ** and told ** the car was fixed and to come pick it up. A day later my daughter notice smoke again. There was still an oil leak from the gasket and oil was on and around the engine. I contacted the guy and told him the car is unsafe and I would like to return it. He refused again and told ** he will come over and take the car to be fixed. He brought it back within a few days. Then, I followed his advice to fix the front noise. I took the car to a mechanic and replaced the brakes and rotors, but the noise didnt go away. My daughter was so scared driving the car because of the front noise and the car was not steady.I took the car to a mechanic again to find out there was a differential problem a major issue with the ***.We stopped driving the car and took it to a professional mechanic to fix this major problem. **** sold me an unsafe car and hid major problems telling me that the front noise was from the brake, but it was from the differential. He sold ** a car with an oil leak into a hot engine and did not fix the leak from the first time putting my daughter's life in danger. The car had serious problems that makes it unsafe to drive. I am requesting River Auto Sale to pay for the repair of the differential because they refused to return the *** and hid major problems with the car. They also put my daughter's life in danger.

      We, River auto Sales *** wants to clarify that, we were not aware of this issue. The ***ident took place outside of our establishment by a third party independent seller.

      We take pride on our business and would never deny support to our customers or put anyone's life in danger.

      the independent seller was already contacted and will reach out to the customer to resolve the issue.

      We encourage all customer to contact the main office when something of the sort ever happen.

      Despite the the title assignment info shows its a River Auto Sales transaction, it did not take place in our office and we were never contacted.

      We are open to work with the customer and ********* and do what it takes to put this behind **.
