Bought a car from Buick GMC in Mansfield in November 2023. When I looked at the car there were scratches on the rim, no manual in the car and no mats. They agreed to fix the scratches on the rim and order me new mats and have them shipped to my home. They later said to me that they sell the car with tires the way they are on used cars. After they told me they would have the rim fixed. Lied to me. then they told me the car mats were ordered around Dec 20th. Couple weeks went by i called they told me they were back ordered. I can't believe them different story every time i talk to them. I emailed again twice this week and have not had an answer back. Totally disgusted with them. *******************, General Manager, has been in contact with this customer personally. The wheel was fixed as promised. The mats were ordered and were in stock as of 2/6/24. Customer was called and emailed to notify they were here.Initial Complaint

I purchased brand new 2023 AT4 GMC Canyon from this dealership on September 28th 2023 with a 15 grand down payment. I am a ************************************************************************************************* this store. Ive had nothing but issues with the truck i bought starting 10/31 including a leak coming into the interior(resolved) my usb not working, and my applecar play. THE WATER CREATED RUST UNDER MY DASHBOARD. They gave me a rental CAR for almost a week 11/9. The last 2 issues were barely even addressed. I went to pick up my truck thinking it would be ready 11/14 and they said it was all set. Im about to leave the parking lot and my Apple Car play isnt working. I show the service department the issue as if it was the first time they have looked at it and they said it still needs to be fixed? I ask to speak to a manager and named ********* comes to talk to me who was present during my original purchase 9/28 said if i NEEDED to buy the truck that day because they needed a sale. I told him i felt that this was a waste of time for me to buy this truck and i want a new one due to the issues. He went back and forth with me and became aggressive in his *********** infront of other customers. He then went into his office and started bad mouthing me to his co workers when i said i felt forced to buy this truck by him. It was extremely embarrassing and belittling and i never want to go back there alone. I would not recommend to have a female go in alone to be treated like this by an employee. He said he didnt care about my review so i dont know what other option there is at this point.Business response

I put a $ 500 credit card deposit down on a car for my friend over the phone. I never signed any paperwork and was not told that my deposit was nonrefundable. My friend decided he no longer wanted the vehicle. My friend never signed any paperwork to purchase the vehicle. When i was talking to the sales manager and told him we no longer were buying the vehicle i asked about my deposit. He said that it would be refunded back to the credit card. 1 week later i received a text message saying they were not going to refund the money and were going to keep my deposit.Business response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention again. Your refund was processed by our sales department on 2/28. This means that it was approved and sent to the accounting department to be processed. For some reason, it was not. We apologize for this. Your refund was processed and confirmed on 3/15/23. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
