      I am not liable for this debt with charter communications. I do not have a contract with American Cycle Finance, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

American Cycle Finance *** does not have a record of receiving any prior requests for a copy of the original contract for *******************.       I purchased a bike and it was financed thru this company. If I knew then what I know now, I would have left the bike on the showroom floor. On 4/7/23, ****** processed a payment of $210.29 from my wife's account without any authorization from her or myself. I had already made arrangements for the payment with **** for my final payment. When I called and spoke with ****, she also noticed what ****** had done, and stated that this was not right and she would be requesting a refund. It is now June and we are still waiting for that refund. This has to be the worst company that I have ever worked with. My wife call on 6/5/23 requesting this refund and was asked to add me to the call. When I got on the phone, ****** began to get agitated and raised his voice which I, in turn, raised mine also. My wife disconnected the call with me and stayed on the line with ******, where he was still cursing at me and when she tried to tell him that I was no longer on the phone, he got belligerent with her before he hung up on her. When she called back, he would not answer the phone when transferred. She asked for a manager, and of course they would not transfer her to the manager. I was finally able to speak with **** which she stated that she will be speaking to his manager to get that refund processed.

      On 4/15/23, ************** had called into our office stating that the refund was no longer necessary at which time he was sent an email confirming the account was paid in full. On 6/5/23 we were contacted by the cardholder requesting a refund of the charge completed on 4/7/23. This payment was refunded the same day on 6/5/23.

      This account inaccurately reported from my credit report in 3 credit bureaus like Equifax, Experian and Transunion. AMERICAN CYCLE FINANCE C4**Date Opened: 04/09/2015 The postings on this account was inaccurate and misleading also. I already reached out to them but still now there were no responses also sent disputes to the Credit Bureaus

We currently only report to Transunion and the information provided is correct as shown.       I had a loan with this disgusting company for nearly 40 months, never a payment late, never an issue with my account. I traded the motorcycle in the week before Christmas of 2021. An overpayment of just over $300 was/is supposed to be sent to me due to paying more than what was owed on the motorcycle, 2018 Ducati 959 Panigale Corse.I have called over ten times with no resolution, no callback, nothing from anyone there but being hung up on, told 4 different stories etc.The people who work there have ZERO customer service skills, comprehension is non-existent and just overall nobody has any clue what is going on; go figure.thanks,*************************

      A payoff was received on ************************** account on 1/5/22. We received a call from ********************** on 1/5/22 confirming his account information and that a refund would be processed on any overpayment on the account. ********************** called in a second time on 2/1/22 requesting an update on the refund at which time it was referred to the supervisor. His call was returned by the supervisor within 20 minutes and the refund process was explained. A refund has been issued and will be mailed out today to **********************. If he should need any further assistance, our office can be reached at ************. Thank you.

      Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

      Most of this typed information is far from right but not going to keep playing the back and forth here. Seems it is easier to make excuses rather than trying to rectify the issue. The new bike was purchased a week before Christmas and today's date(still no check)is 2-9-2022 and supposedly it was mailed today? OK we'll see. Next step is sending this over to the ** office for a complaint and wouldn't be the first one for this company.

      I financed a motorcyccle from american cycle finance and paid off the loan by another bank. The loan has been since paid in full but the title to the vehicle was never sent to myself or the other bank. I would like for them to replace the title at not cost to me since the loan was paid in full . I have never had the title in my possession and feel i should not have to pay to have it replace at a cost of ******

      Good Morning, The original title #*********** was mailed to NFCU in May 2020. We were contacted in July 2020 by NFCU at which time an original lien release was sent to the address they provided. Per ********************** request, a Duplicate Title Request has been sent priority mail today (11/16/21) to the Office of the Secretary of State in ***********, **. Upon receipt of the duplicate title, the lien will be released and title sent directly to ****************** at the address provided. Thank you.

      Impossible to work with. I was told the bike had a $15 balance due. Then 2 months later when I did not receive title they tell me balance due is $330. I paid $138 and told them due to the pandemic I would pay the balance to get the title asap. Now 2 weeks after that conversation they send me threatening texts saying the sherif is coming for the bike. I doubt the law here would help them in MA at any cost. But, I dont see any reason in patting them anything if this is thier respond as I doubt I will ever get title. They are crooks.

      We have contacted ********************** to explain the circumstances of what occurred. We have agreed to waive the small remaining balance upon confirmation that his last payment has cleared. Once cleared, the electronic title will be released to ********************** from the VA DMV and mailed to the address provided. Thank you

      I Finance a bike through this company and was making payments way before the due date and on the date that was due I was told any payment I made before the due date doesnt go directly to the principal which and my balance goes up every other month One rep is telling me its a principle only payment and the other is telling me no that every payment is being charged interest I have to call to make a Prince a only payment Im getting my paper work together im giving it to my accountant

      - Customer has had 3 payments returned for insufficient funds in the month of September 2021
      - There is an active insurance claim in process due to a theft of the bike
      - Customers have to specifically identify any payments that they want to go to principal.Otherwise, they go as regular payments and if current, will result in the account being paid ahead.
      - Since there have been three payments returned for insufficient funds, the account is not paid ahead.
