DO NOT STAY HERE!You are welcomed to the property with dog p*** and cigarette buts.The problem is so bad that we received a strongly worded message slipped under our door the 1 day we stayed there that admonished residents of not following the rules.The property advertises that it was newly refurbished in 2021, yet the heater was so loud it could wake the dead The wallpaper is peeling off of three walls in the bathroom. The bathroom fan is also extremely loud - i guess they want to make sure you really need to turn that fan on.The lobby seems to be some people's living room as we saw the same guy with the same dog in the lobby on several occasions. There were also several people who looked homeless loitering in the lobby. I am sorry for their situation - but my paying for a room in this hotel is how i wish to support the homeless. My wife was so uncomfortable with the accommodations that we left after one night..The web site has some nice pictures of downtown ******. what does that have to do with Marlboro - some 40 miles away?Some truths:1) we did not cancel 72 hrs before arrival. we didnt know the place would be so bad.2) the furniture, oven and fridge look nice and were replaced in 2021. the heater was not.3) the owner refused to credit us the remaining 2 nights despite multiple requests.Pick a place that is willing to be proud of their property. not a place that has guests willing to trash it.
