Takes your money, only responds to threats. Uses an in home construction *** that hides all dealing to separate the corps. All of that has now changed, I have entered the ****.DO NOT USE THEM. ******** only playing after the fact. They dont care

Not good. I am an electrician and did some work for them. I responded quickly and took care of the problem they asked me to. I communicated well the whole time and billed them upon completion. They have failed to pay to date. It has been over 30 days and they do not respond when I reach out for payment. One of their PM's even had the nerve to reach out for more work and when I let him know that I had yet to be paid for the first trip, he ghosted me as well. Seeing the reviews of their renters, I should have known better. ****** learned and I would recommend not working for them....or renting from them.

This company is horrible. They have been the worst management I've ever dealt with. Irresponsible, eluding, brash, the owner has no people skills at all. Smug and a salty Aire of arrogance, where you want to wipe that smug look off his face. He is not responsive to problems they cause by bringing the type of people they do into the apt. complex. They have turned this place into the projects. In fact, that is what one of my bosses called it. They are supposed to use the cameras they have to watch over this place but never respond to you when you ask for information from them, cars that have been hit, gas that gets stolen, drugs being sold in the parking lot, personal items being stolen out of the laundry rooms etc etc etc. These buildings are supposed to be smoke-free, but they are not. The ventilation system is horrible the smell of weed and cigarettes run through other apts. Gross. They do not have ALL the records of the people that live here. My residence starts with them in (2015) whenever they took over. I moved in here in 2012. Would not recommend anyone moving into a property ran by these dolts because I guarantee you will be disappointed and if the complex is nice, it will be torn up soon thereafter. Could go on and on but it's too depressing. Oh, one more thing you're going to pay top dollar for a dump too, the rent has gone up ******************* of dollars since they took over. Good Luck with these Wanna-Be slumlords.
