Worst service ever!! Lazy and most importantly LIARS!Short story:My finace called AAA..I had a flat. They sent out this company. I waited over an hour which is cool they told me an hour no biggie, atleast soon ill be on my way. He gets here and tells me he can't do it without my girl being here. I was alil annoyed and tried to pursway the tow *** to still do it cause im not going to rat him out, like who will know, I was also going to leave him a generous tip for taken care of me. Everything I said I was calm and soft tone. He stuck to his guns. I said ok you just doing your job ?????I called my girl told her he cant do it unfortunately, and the tow *** said to call *** and have her tell them I'm OK and don't need her here. After he left said he had to help someone down the street. My girl called and *** said the tow driver wrote a note saying I was flipping out and swearing at him. Which was a flat out lie. So my girl had to bring my 1yr old an hour away to where I am and drop our infant off at her mom's. Once she got here *** said that this company won't come out to help because of the incident earlier that there driver lied about!! So now we are stuck here and im writing this as im stuck here. And my 1 yr old is exhausted. Luckily *** got a reliable company to come out who actually cares and does there job professionally! And doesn't lie!I am someone in the hospitality business and I deal with unpleasant guests all the time and never lose my cool cause at the end of the day it's not life or death lol. But for this man from this company to lie about how our interaction when both of us were talking calmly makes me believe this company just does NOT want to do any work. And he made sure he had the night off by being a liar.I hope anyone that reads this quickly chooses another company.
