Yesterday (2/28) I purchased by mistake a custom order from Crane Herb company. I did not want this custom order. It was erroneously placed in my account. I wanted an order that was about $18, or a total of $35.00, with shipping and handling. They did not have permission to charge me that much,Business response

The customer ordered a custom formula that was prescribed specifically for her. She paid for it on line. We made and sent the product; we cannot resell it to anyone else. She contacted us the following day to tell us she didn't want it and wanted her money back. We cannot resell custom formulas so we declined to refund her. She could have contacted us, before ordering, if there was a question. She made a mistake and wanted us to assume responsibility for it.Customer response

Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.Something needs to be changed in the software so that 2 year old orders dont come up. Their customer service approach is the worst.

Hi. we ordered an herbal supplement via prescription from Crane Herb Company in *******, **. They sent a package via **** Priority Mail and are refusing to help file a claim for a lost package (we have filed a claim with the ****, but with incomplete sender information). The package shows up as delivered but clearly never arrived. We have had multiple delivery issues at our address due to a careless letter carrier (we live in suburbs with limited theft issues). Senders have always resolved the issue on their own, whereas Crane is unwilling to even file a claim with **** and wait for a response (even though we paid for a mail service that is insured).
