      Dear BBB,After multiple attempts to address an issue of damage to our property caused directly by Clipper Landscape, I was unsuccessful. Many calls were made to the headquarters with zero callbacks. I sent emails to owners in addition and heard nothing. I have posted a review in hopes of generating a resolution and they have attempted to remove my reviews which I do not believe violate any policies. I have no choice but to reach out to the BBB to inform them of the incident. Please see the photos of damage caused. I am very frustrated with this business and their conduct of character. This is the first time I have done this, but I feel adamant on addressing.Please help/advise. Sincerely,****

      Dear parties,

      While I can confirm that the mess caused directly by Clipper Landscape has been cleaned up as it should (Far too late than it should have been) I am not satisfied with the written response and strongly disagree with all statements previously made by co-owner, which I believe them to be entirely false. 

      It has been checked by management on several occasions that our trucks are not parked on that side of the street. Furthermore, it is such minute damage I am baffled by the situation to say the least.

      I know of two occasions that someone came out to look. When I tried to confirm with the business office via phone, I couldnt get the day or time which this the site visit occurred. The second occasion would be most recently when someone came by to clean up the initial mess. 

      Clipper Landscape has not come back to work in the areas since the incident occurred. Thus, the statement It has been checked by management on several occasions that our trucks are not parked on that side of the street.

      Regarding minute damage claim, the pictures filed with my complaint show the damage at the time which it transpired to be anything but minute damage. 

      There was never any attempt to correct the situation until this complaint was filed. That includes no returned phone calls or follow-up emails. 

      *******, I am appalled that you think I would go through such efforts if I did not know for certain this damage was caused by your associates. I think it is foolish of you to show zero consideration or respect for others property. What was your reasoning for not returning emails or phone calls? I planned on removing my review of the business (Not the first of disapprovals I have read upon my research), until I read your false, nasty and unapologetic response. As an owner doing business within the community, you should be familiar with the practical concept of Social Corporate Responsibility, if not please read up. 

      If this happens again, I will see you in court.
