Dear Sir, I purchase a *** from H3136383135**30373835H for my **** *** 330 CI. H3136383135**30373835H advertise on the internet that they have refurbish completely modified ***. Buyer is reponsibl for making sure that item is correct. *** Dealership of Mo.v.tomery Alabama mechinc advise me to make sure that *** number is consistent with my *** number. My mechinc rook my *** out of my car I copy every alphabet and number on the face of the *** to number and letter. Send those number along with *** number to H3136383135**30373835H 4 different time just to make sure that I get the right ***. They send a *** but the *** number wasn**;t consistent with my *** number. My mechnuc decided not to try it be *** number wasnt consistent and my car running with the fauly *** init. It was a mix up with order that why it took long to arise. I place order on April 15, 2022 I recive it May 6 2022Business response

The customer purchased an automotive computer from our **** store and then sent us the fitment information for his car in a seperate **** message. The model of computer in the listing he purchased (Model MS43) was NOT correct for the fitment information he messaged us (Model MS45). We immediately messaged him to tell him that he ordered the wrong computer, and that he needed to purchase a Model MS45. He eventually clarified that there was a mixup on his end, and assured us that he still wanted the Model MS43, and not the Model MS45. We programmed a Model MS43 computer for the customer and sent it out.
The customer received the computer and said it is the incorrect one for his car (which uses a Model MS45 computer) and wanted a refund. During this same time, the customer also opened an issue case with **** and then closed it, with no intervention on our end. Because **** handles all of the transaction details, once a case is closed, we no longer have a way to process a return for the customer.
We list full and accurate fitment information in all of our listings, provide 24/7 free technical support, and are very lenient with returns and exchanges. We have always helped customers to make sure they end up with the correct part. Communication for this whole transaction was very difficult and, unfortunately, we were not able to come to a good resolution.
