Don't come to this location for ********************* The team is extremely disorganized and irresponsible. Here's what happened recently and a similar thing has already happened to me once before!I visited the office for my refinement 2-3 weeks ago and the doctor took notes and scanned my teeth. I've been waiting for my next refinement trays to arrive. Yesterday when I called to ask if my trays arrived they said yes and booked me an appointment for pick up. However, today, they called to let me know that they don't have my trays, moreover, they didn't send in dentist's note nor the scan from last visit to Invisalign at all!! Their explain was that they had a national system down. What really throw me off was that they claimed that the system broke down happened exactly after my last visit. Even if that's true, they should have at least give me a courtesy call to let me know about the situation. They didn't do any of that until I called. Now I had to visit their office to re-do the scan and have a dentist to take the notes again.It seems to me that they treat customers lightly and does not value customers' time. Very upset about my experience and this is the second time that happened to me since the beginning of my treatment!!!! Advise all to look elsewhere for getting Invisalign treatment.

Awful. Liars. I can't even give them one star. They lied to me saying that I needed a deep cleaning and also that my root canal failed. They then made the mistake of sending me back to my old (and better) dentist. His office, took X-rays, etc. and disagreed. Having pre-paid for a crown, I went back to them and during the visit, they tried not to give me novacaine... on a tooth that did NOT have a root canal. I had to ask again and again for it. It was inhumane. My husband now is dealing with over a year of trying to get implants. We've given them over ****** and they are still messing around saying they can't get one to work and haven't even touched the other one, which is in the front. They cancel appointments so you can come in to see a specialist, and then there's no specialist when you are there. They take a scan, in between seeing 4 other patients, takes over an hour and a half to do a scan. Call to ask when he can come back for the specialist and get told they need another scan.
