My husband paid for a guitar in full and was totally ripped of by Eddy *********************** he gave every excuse in the book as to why the guitar was never sent, this guy is a *****! DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM! I cant believe he hasnt been charged & jailed for all of his illegal activities!Review from Craig K

On Sept 23, 2019 I entered into an agreement with ***** Carlino and Carlino Guitars to purchase a guitar. I was charged on my credit card on that date. ***** came into the picture and he claimed it was put off, then supply chain issues, his father passed away, they cannot charge back on my credit card because they no longer use the system and need to refund me by check. This last excuse was 4 months ago and I have still not received the item. Carlino Guitars has taken my money and through their actions is showing they will not be giving me my refund and they were using a rock star's name to sell these guitars. He has quit responding to my emails and messages as well. Looks like I am not the only person who has had this happen to them.Review from Michael K

I ordered a guitar online over 18 mos ago (2/26/22) from the Carlino Guitars website. Seller does not respond to any contact or communications until pressured and then gets upset that I am doing so. Now that it has been over a year I have increased my communications to to a weekly basis asking for a refund or where my guitar is. He has my money which was paid in full. I believe he has ghosted/blocked me and my money will not be refunded like I had asked. After this I decided to look up Carlino Guitars on Yelp. One of the first reviews I saw was a 1 star rating which stated: Do not pay for anything up front with this guy, once he has your ********************** will forge a continual excuse trail to why he cannot deliver on his contractual obligation! Still no guitar or refund.
