      **** Mustang Fastback *** *********** ~134k miles (car shows 34k)Car adv. on FB MarketPlace by ***************************** (daughter?). At this stage I was unaware of "BCCI", assumed private sale 1/13/23; called *************************** ~8:30am to discuss car ***************** to see. No details disclosed re: condition/damage. **** suggested family car, selling for his Uncle (owner since 1973)I inspected car (I am not a qualified inspector) ~1pm. Met in parking lot *********************** Main St). I assumed **** uncomfortable meeting me at his home Body presented as 'poor-fair' (based on paint), engine presented as 'fair'. **** noted that rear panels had been altered to fit larger tires. I asked if there had been any major damage or repairs. **** stated not & all original **** did not allow me to drive & we did not agree sale 1/14/23; Arranged test drive. Met **** at ******* ****** ** (Car Repair/Dealer lot). **** let me drive new Corvette. **** drove Mustang - did not let me. Car was not running well - engine stalling. Did not agree sale. **** called later "carb gasket was split - causing issue & now resolved"I texted & asked in conversation for **** to confirm no accidents / no engine / trans / gearbox issues & no safety issues that would put my family at risk. He stated no during discussion 1/16/23; Purchased $30k (bank check to BCCI). Car delivered on or about this date 1/19/23; Registered / Inspection sticker issued. $1,830 Sales Tax / $75 Title / $95 **** / $35 Insp Vehicle vibrating at ~20 mph. Materially worse as speed increases. Wheel align completed - did not fix. Now looking into Universal Joint replace. Unresolved 2/6/23 1/20-2/6; 3 Panel Shop appointments (Repaint Quote)Each shop independently stated that "vehicle has suffered material body damage". Every panel filled with Bondo & needed to be replaced. Driver Door pop rivetted together in part. Back End cut or replaced. Floor panel sections ************ Each shop stating "vehicle not safe without major repair".

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint; they are ignoring my email, text & call. I am now pursuing this under Chapter 93A.

      I placed a 500$ deposit on a vehicle. *************************** took my deposit and sold the vehicle to another buyer. He not only refuses to pay me back my deposit but will not answer my calls,emails,or any of my messages. 100%disabled veteran and I was taken advantage of.

      I purchase a **** Corvette from BCCI auto @4 main St.****** **.O2053 from *************************** # ************ on 8/19/2021 and received the car 10/06/2021. The car had no brakes hand brake did not work the clutch did not work as it should also the carpet was soak end wet and smelled like h*** I check the frame the dealer painted the frame to cover up the body epoxy he used to fill in the rust holes which I thing is a criminal I can not understand how a auto dealer would deliver a car in such bad shape. His ad read **** corvette cp matching#L79 327 /350 4 speed this is a 1 owner car the car runs very smooth but has been sitting for years ***** miles( AND EVER THINK WORK AS IT SHOULD WILL REQUIRE SOME WORK TO Be AT FULL POTENTIAL ************.) The car needs a completely restore which should of been in his ad l will send pictures later.
