I ordered 2 air conditioners for a total with shipping at a cost of $189 . I received 2 hammer drills that sell for $98 . When I contacted the company they said that they did not carry air conditioning units and could not fulfill my order. They said that the air conditioner was listed under a different product and that a return shipping label was attached to the email. Not only was there not a return label attached but why did they charge my account twice the amount of the product they did send me ! This seems like a scam to me and I cant get my money back because I cant return the item. They are selling on Amazon and ******* websites.Business response

We are so sorry the items received did not match the listing. As ******** explained on Saturday morning, our supplier is no longer carrying the air conditioner and they did not change the reference number tied to it when they assigned a new item to it. Unfortunately, the air conditioner is no longer available and has likely been discontinued. We have updated the record in our system.
As ******** mentioned, we do not want to hassle you with a return so please keep, donate or gift the items you received. She issued a full refund on Saturday morning. You should have received a notification from ******** Our deepest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience.

I placed an order on Amazon.com for an item; 100ft of Romex 14/2 wire. The price I purchased the item for, with tax totaled $49.03.. This order was placed on 8/9/2021. I received an email on 8/11/2021 that my order was cancelled because it was out of stock. Meanwhile, this item has been re-listed by the same seller at $81.10 1 day later. Why wouldn't they honor the original price they sold me this product for?? This is false advertisement and they are clearly negligent on keeping up with going rates of products. If they did not want to sell this item for this price, they should be keeping up with their store fronts on 3rd party sellers. I should receive my item at the price I purchased it for. This is terrible business practice.Business response

Thank you for getting in touch. I checked on the order and do show it was cancelled due to Out of Stock. We had to cancel several orders that day as our warehouse stock was overstated. We are still out of stock at this time. I do see several other sellers on the listing with pricing that is much higher than ours. They must source from a different distributor that charges a higher price. If we do get more stock in, you will see us on the Seller list again as Gatzies. If you do buy from us at a higher price, we are happy to honor the orginal price of $49.03 as a one time courtesy. Just send us a message through the order.
